PRESIDENT
JEFF GREENE
Jeff has extensive knowledge and experience in building and design, multi-use retail planning, and property management, with over 35 years of experience in the residential and commercial building industry.
Throughout his career, Jeff has built magnificent spaces in some of New York City's most exclusive real estate markets, including Times Square, Midtown, and the Upper East Side. He has also overseen commercial projects throughout the tri-state area, including some of the most well-known retail stores. Notable recent projects include the school for Children of America and The New York Sports Science Lab, a state-of-the-art sports medicine facility that has been featured on the Discovery Channel, National Geographic, UFC network, and ESPN.
As a licensed builder and owner of Richmond Boro Building Corp, Jeff is also a managing member and partner of several Real Estate Development holdings. His tenants include Honeywell, Dunkin-Donuts, the United States Post Office, and the Monmouth County Historical Society.

MIchael GREENE,CCPM
Mike Greene is a certified Construction Project Manager with more than a decade of experience in both residential and commercial construction. He began his career as a foreman, learning the trade from his father's family construction business. As he grew older, his passion for construction intensified, and he ultimately earned his degree in Construction Project Management from the Fordham University Real Estate Institute.

Since then, Mike has effectively overseen numerous ground-up construction projects, tenant-fit outs, and renovations throughout the tri-state area.
